License
MacPrune is provided as freeware. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on any Mac you own or control. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application.
Disclaimer of Warranties
MacPrune is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we make every effort to ensure the application safely identifies and removes only unnecessary files, we cannot guarantee that no data loss will occur. Always maintain backups of important data before performing any cleanup operation.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MacPrune, its developers, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing files before deletion. MacPrune provides recommendations and identifies files that are safe to remove, but the final decision to delete any file rests with you. We strongly recommend maintaining regular Time Machine backups.
Updates
We may release updates to improve functionality, performance, and security. While updates are optional, we recommend keeping the application current to benefit from the latest improvements and safety rules.
